Position Overview

Vantage is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of initiatives that support the development of our data center products and standards. This role ensures initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate has a background in technical, engineering, or infrastructure environments and brings proven project management experience coordinating across multiple teams. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to drive accountability across diverse stakeholders.

Essential Job Functions

  • Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of product-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and tracking tools for initiatives tied to product standards.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, operations, and products to ensure project alignment and timely execution.

  • Apply project management and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, or similar) to drive efficiency, predictability, and clarity in delivery.

  • Monitor project risks and dependencies, escalating issues and driving resolutions in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Partner with Product Managers and Product Owners to ensure roadmap initiatives are translated into actionable project plans and deliverables.

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that matter most for project executions such as schedule adherence, resource utilization, quality of deliverables, and adoption outcomes.

  • Facilitate project reviews, status meetings, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement in execution.

  • Prepare and deliver clear project updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions.

  • Ensure documentation, handoffs, and closeout processes are completed for each initiative, supporting effective knowledge transfer and adoption

  • Additional duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, technical program delivery, or related roles (ideally in engineering, infrastructure, or construction).

  • Background in data centers, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), civil/structural design, or other technical disciplines preferred.

  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in dynamic, global environments.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and risk management skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to communicate effectively across technical and business audiences.

  • Experience defining and tracking KPIs to measure project health, efficiency, and value delivery

  • Proficiency with project management, reporting, and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, Power BI, or similar).

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred.

  • National and international travel required is expected to be between 5% and 10% but may vary over time as the business evolves.

Additional Details

  • Salary Range: $130-150K Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)
