As a Technical Product Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to build the right solutions for the right people at the right time. You’ll lead cross-functional efforts to ensure products meet scope, schedule, and delivery goals while fostering strong relationships across teams.
You will drive continuous improvements in product management processes, leveraging qualitative and quantitative feedback to prioritize user needs. Applying best practices from the U.S. Digital Service Playbook, you will ensure solutions are data-driven, user-focused, and aligned with mission objectives. What you will do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the delivery team(s) to build the right solutions for the right people at the right time -- lead team collaboration efforts to meet scope, schedule, and delivery requirements.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-team collaboration with other delivery teams.
- Continually drive improvements in product management processes through consistent actions and positive results.
- Ensure that solutions are based on qualitative and quantitative feedback, and that the user is at the center of everything that is designed, developed, and deployed.
- Understand and implement plays in the US Digital Service Playbook
What you will bring:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
- A bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical product manager leading one or more product delivery teams in an Agile development environment.
- Formal training or certification in Agile software development methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with stakeholders and the delivery team(s) to build the right solutions for the right people at the right time -- lead team collaboration efforts to meet scope, schedule, and delivery requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-team collaboration with other delivery teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive improvements in product management processes through consistent actions and positive results.
- Demonstrated ability ensuring that solutions are based on qualitative and quantitative feedback, and that the user is at the center of everything that is designed, developed, and deployed.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical business issues for a wide range of audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and communicate risks and mitigations to stakeholders.
- Experience managing product artifacts in Jira and Confluence.

Compensation and benefits:
Pluribus Digital offers a competitive salary that is determined at the time of offer. The range for this role ranges from $125,000 to $141,000 depending on experience. Salary is augmented with opportunity to earn annual bonus and medical/dental/v
