The Opportunity: 

The Civil Sector has an opening for a key individual on our team who will coordinate projects and initiatives within the Technology, Engineering and Operations organization. We are looking for a unique and highly motivated individual with a technical, project management, and business development background.

You know that Project Managers touch every single part of a business and wear multiple hats, from caring for the client and their meaningful project goals, to participating in business development, and being a key contributor to their employees’ growth. We’re looking for someone like you to help our teams meet their mission objectives and mature operations in support of major engagements.

As a Leader on our team, you’ll work with teams in support of enterprise solutions for sector priority bids and delivery. As you guide your team, you’ll partner with TEO leaders, growth leads, and major programs to share and re-use capabilities, manage risk, and improve operations across the sector. You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to lead the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have:   

• 10+ years of experience with project or program management, including startup, transition, cost, schedule, financial, or customer deliverables

• 10+ years of experience with Federal government programs

• 10+ years of Experience in information technology and technical delivery

• 5+ years of experience within Booz Allen Hamilton

• Experience with communication and presentations, including PowerPoint, Word, or Excel

• Knowledge of Booz Allen processes and practices

• Knowledge of core PM tools, such as IMS, WBS, Deliverable, Quality, or Risk

• Ability to proactively manage projects or tasks in an Agile delivery framework

• Public Trust

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology

  

Nice If You Have:   

• Experience on multiple programs in multiple markets

• Experience with business development, including bid or capture

• Experience with large complex programs

• Experience with technical risk management

• Experience with process maturity and frameworks, such as ISO, CMMI, ITIL, or COBIT

• Experience with financial and investment management

• Experience with audit or program review

• Knowledge of project or program management best practices

• Knowledge of technical deployment best practices

• Infrastructure, Engineering, cloud, AI, CISSP, CNE/CCIE, PMI/PMP, Agile, or SAFE certifications
