We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.</em><em><br><br></em></p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Become the global expert on Alerting &amp; Monitoring within the Technical Solutions team, supporting TSEs and customers in building reliable, actionable monitors.</li> <li>Own investigations into alert-related escalations, identifying root causes across metric behavior, configuration edge cases, and backend evaluation logic.</li> <li>Collaborate with Product and Engineering to flag inconsistent monitor behavior, propose enhancements, and ensure alignment with user expectations.</li> <li>Develop scalable diagnostics, reusable response strategies, and field-ready resources to shorten time to resolution.</li> <li>Lead enablement efforts, from async training to live office hours, ensuring that Solutions teams worldwide understand Datadog’s alerting system.<br>
