Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior technical delivery lead with over 15 years of experience in designing analytics & data science solutions and strategies. The Technical delivery lead designs and provides guidance on implementing scalable, reliable, and cost-effective technology solutions to solve Client challenges & business objectives. They collaborate with stakeholders, analyze requirements, and provide technical/business expertise to ensure alignment between business needs and IT infrastructure/technologies. This role bridges the gap between technical teams and business units, delivering innovative solutions that drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data platforms, cloud computing, data governance, and cutting-edge analytics/data science technologies. The role requires a blend of technical acumen and strategic leadership, making it ideal for an expert with substantial senior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Solutioning:
  • Lead problem-solving workshops with Clients, design, architect, build proposals, and guide implementation of complex solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance.
  • Develop high-level solution frameworks and create detailed design specifications for the solution
  • Assess and recommend tools, platforms, and frameworks that align with organizational goals and industry best practices
  • Identify potential risks in proposed solutions and develop mitigation strategies
  • Create and maintain detailed architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and documentation for solutions
• Strategic Leadership:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and business stakeholders to define solution objectives and craft tailored solutions that meet business needs.
  • Influence decision-making at the executive level by offering innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, identifying opportunities for value generation.
  • Plan regular connect with clients (conference calls, emails) to discuss challenges, issues & action items
  • Present monthly / quarterly business reviews to the clients & assist in planning future engagement strategy
• Innovation & Technology Leadership:
  • Stay ahead of emerging data technologies, including machine learning, AI, and big data analytics, and provide recommendations on their integration.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and approaches to optimize analytics capabilities.
• Team & Client/Stakeholder Management:
  • Mentor a team of data engineers, and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Guide development teams during solution implementation, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, and business leaders.
  • Perform RCA on issues, manage client escalations & establish effective control measures
  • Work closely with various internal teams such as IT team, Quality, Risk, network, Information Security, Knowledge management & HR to ensure effective management of projects

Eligibility Requirements

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 15 years in senior management roles, with at least 10 years of technical delivery lead role
  • Strong background in designing complex analytics solutions & crafting business proposals for the same.
  • Extensive experience working with senior leadership and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Capable of leading a blended team of multiple skill-sets & guiding them to ensure delivery
• Technical Skills:
  • Deep knowledge of data platforms, including relational, NoSQL, and distributed data stores.
  • Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, and integration patterns
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and modern data pipelines (ETL, ELT).
  • Strong understanding of data pr
