Technical Delivery Lead - Connected Services
Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Position Summary:
Seeking an experienced Connected Services Technical Delivery Lead to support Stellantis Software Engineering organization responsible for Connected Vehicle platforms and digital services.
This individual will drive the delivery of connected vehicle features spanning onboard vehicle software, cloud services, and mobile applications while coordinating engineering teams, suppliers, product owners, validation, and operations through the complete software delivery lifecycle.
The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with exceptional delivery leadership and can effectively manage complex cross-functional software initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Connected Services software initiatives
- Coordinate delivery across onboard vehicle software, cloud platforms, and mobile applications
- Drive software releases from planning through launch readiness
- Partner with Software Engineering, Product Management, Architecture, Validation, Operations, and external suppliers
- Remove delivery roadblocks and proactively manage risks
- Track milestones, dependencies, and release readiness
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and delivery planning
- Manage issues using Jira and enterprise issue management tools
- Coordinate change requests and release governance activities
- Provide executive-level status reporting
- Ensure quality, timing, and delivery objectives are achieved
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years leading enterprise software delivery
- Strong experience delivering Connected Vehicle or Connected Services solutions involving multiple systems
- Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles
- Experience working across:
- Embedded/onboard software
- Cloud platforms
- Mobile applications
- Strong Experience coordinating multiple engineering teams
- Strong Agile delivery experience
- Jira
- Excellent stakeholder communication
- Experience managing suppliers and external partners
- Ability to communicate with technical and executive leadership
