Summary

                The incumbent in this job is a self-starting individual who is able to interact with technical and commercial topics pertaining to the VTHL product line. Knowledge of the company’s products is required as well as a high work ethic, a personal commitment to meeting deadlines and willingness to work closely with other departments. The incumbent’s focus will be on supporting VTHL sales through data entry and different processing of task as per sales and operations procedures. This position is also responsible to assist Key account management from Industry with tasks from purchase order entry, expediting and follow-up.

 

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for communication and follow-up with Planning department to ensure on-time Product Shipment
• Sends Industry order confirmations and be the point of contact for delivery updates and any inquiries
• Industry Group order entry, creating order confirmations and the MCL process
• Provides necessary data to management, outside sales and customer service to allow completion of reports and presentations
• Supports data entry needs for VTHL as requested/required
• Provide internal support in areas of quoting, order entry, receiving external/internal quotes and sending order confirmations.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through internal support to ensure sales have what is needed in a timely manner
• Directly support achievement of defined sales targets (KPIs, e.g. sales volume, margin quality, market share) by supporting Sales
• Support OTO and OTC processes by ensuring sales, service and orders fulfillment from assigned activities are run according to the defined procedures and processes.

 

Qualifications

• Fully fluent in English with very good communication and writing skills
• 2-year degree in related field, preferable
• Microsoft office, strong aptitude in MS Excel
• Ability to make presentations and reports to give to Outside sales, inside sales and management
