This position will be based in Mounds View, MN.

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead AI-enabled and process improvement initiatives within CV Technical Communications. This role will focus on modernizing how technical content is created, managed, reviewed, and delivered by leveraging AI, automation, and scalable process design. You will work closely with technical writers, Tech Comm Operations, cross functional partners and leadership to drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, compliance, and time-to-market.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of AI, automation, and process improvement projects supporting technical communications (e.g., instructions for use, service manuals, labeling, and digital content).
  • Define program vision, roadmap, success metrics, and dependencies aligned with business and compliance objectives.
  • Manage project timelines, scope, risks, and budgets.
  • Provide clear executive-level reporting on progress, outcomes, and value realization.
  • Analyze current-state technical communication workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and quality risks.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline authoring, review, approval, and publishing processes.
  • Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and change impact assessments.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to support adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.
  • Gather user feedback and continuously refine solutions based on real-world usage.

Must Have; Minimum Requirements

  • Requires a Baccalaureate degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of program management experience
  • Or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of program management experience

Nice To Have

  • Medical Device industry experience preferred
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and complex dependencies.
  • Experience applying AI/ML, automation, or advanced analytics to content, documentation, or knowledge management.
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, life sciences, aerospace).
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs.
  • Program leadership and strategic thinking
  • Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Change management and stakeholder engagement

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
