Astor & Sanders Corporation (Astor), an award-winning IT solutions provider headquartered in McLean, VA, is seeking a Task Lead/Manager. This project hybrid with occasional meetings in DMV area.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The TA Task Lead/Manager is responsible for delivering technical assistance, workshops, curricula, organizational conferences, seminars, and online training, primarily within a public health context. This role involves conducting research to develop and revise training courses, preparing appropriate training catalogs and materials, and training personnel by conducting formal courses, workshops, and seminars. The TA Task Lead/Manager also prepares reports and monitors training tasks to support the goals of the Contractor Program Manager and the government sponsor(s).

• Conduct research to develop and revise training courses.
• Develop and revise courses and prepare appropriate training catalogs and materials.
• Train personnel by conducting formal courses, workshops, and seminars.
• Prepare reports and monitor training tasks in support of the Contractor Program Manager and government sponsor(s).
• Provide input on training validation and modifications of specified items or systems.

Requirements

• M.S. or B.S. degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and training.
• Experience in technical assistance roles, data quality and management, and delivering public health training.
