RTB House offers end-to-end Deep Learning-powered AdTech products and solutions to maximize conversion, drive new customer acquisition, create engagement, and fuel long-term demand for a global base of clients.</p> <p>In 2026, RTB House launched rtb.com, a self-service platform specifically designed to allow small and medium-sized businesses and agencies to deploy auto-built creatives and maximize performance on any budget.</p> <p><strong style="color: #e03e2d;">You Will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct the technical operations for our clients;&nbsp;</li> <li>Coordination of all technical issues with regards to online campaign launching and running process;&nbsp;</li> <li>Support technical integration between rtb.com and client’s e-commerce platform;</li> <li>Work closely with sales teams to deliver high standards of customer service;&nbsp;</li> <li>Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of online campaigns;</li> <li>Propose optimization solutions for processes in order to achieve both internal and external goals.</li> </ul> <p><strong style="color: #e03e2d;">Desired Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in tech support, analytical roles, and campaign optimization within digital marketing - <strong>must have</strong>;&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, Apps Script, Python) or experience in the systems integration via API</li> <li>Experience with debugging tools (e.g. Google Chrome DevTools), Google Tag Manager.</li> <li>Experience in using Google Analytics 4, MMP knowledge will be an advantage;</li> <li>Fluency in&nbsp;English&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong analytical skills are a must;</li> <li>High level of motivation and willingness to learn;&nbsp;</li> <li>Good time management skills and attention to detail;</li> </ul> <p><strong style="color: #e03e2d;">We Offer:</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>We believe in a healthy work-life balance and therefore prioritize flexible working ar
