The Employee will be responsible for the following aspects in particular: 

• Construct accurate tech packs for all product included in woven’s category

• Execute detailed and accurate spec. requirements for mock-up, tech pack and sample development

• Graphic artwork and pattern preparation 

• Receive direction from Senior Designers, Studio Director and Head of Design, take notes and ensure they are captured and communicated appropriately and efficiently

• Demonstrate a clear understanding of color direction, and complete colorways of styles as needed

• Ensure that product is consistent while maintaining the brand identity and organization strategy

• Work with the Technical Design Team to ensure all products within assigned category are aligned to the design intent and Supreme fit standards and guidelines

• Attend fittings

• Make comprehensive comments on all product revisions, and quality

• Effectively communicate all product comments to the Product Development team

• Update all sketches and tech packs throughout the season, including executing all changes/updates throughout product lifecycle

• Maintain seasonal organization for research, color, sketches and tech packs

Hiring Range:

$82,800.00 USD - $103,500.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
