The mission of TikTok OGC is to inspire diverse entertainment content creation and promote entertainment consumption. We focus on areas such as news, film, sports, gaming and more, aiming to serve copyright holders, entertainment distributors, content creators, TikTok users, and the platform itself. Our goal is to create a win-win environment and foster the flourishing development of the diversified digital content industry.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop a team of 5-15 backend engineers within OGC for entertainment.

- Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to jointly facilitate positive product iterations.

- Formulate long-term technical/business goals and break them down into actionable roadmaps.

- Foster close collaboration among cross-functional teams, balance trade-offs, and ensure project delivery.

- Guide technical solution design, assist in the growth of team members, and accumulate technical expertise.
