How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in concert with key stakeholders in Risk; Strategy; compliance to action customer friction points and build strategies to enhance the customer journey.
- Handle Risk Customer escalation.
- Liaison for all relationship managers for escalation and inquiries from customers.
- Support working capital Credit teams through customer escalations and day to day operational support.
- USCC point of contact for legal General counsel office team.
- Facilitate weekly call listening sessions with TL’s in GCRO to align on call model and coaching needs.
- Liaison for USCC high balance open and CCSG cases.
- Proactively creating communications for areas of focus within USCC Sunrise and Phoenix to improve performance.
- Partner with Risk and Strategy to create win-win solutions for USCC credit cases.
- Partner with the Business Development Team to enable profitable spend.
- Support completion of key projects for USCC.
- Compile and distribute monthly and YTD trend information to USCC Leadership.
- Produce analysis and commentary on key performance indicators across USCC (ACM, VIBES, etc.)
- Raise early warning indicators for production related issues, working with key stakeholders to ensure speedy resolution.
Minimum Qualifications:

- Excel, Power Point,
- Experience with CSP systems.
- Experience with ROP system.
- Experience with Risk strategies.
- Deep understanding and knowledge of USCC credit required
- 2 years’ experience project management required
- Project management end to end completion of projects.
- Experience with Risk strategies.
