Your role will encompass overseeing daily operations, enhancing team performance, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Team Lead Hours: Monday-Friday 3pm-12:30am

Team Lead Rate: $18.00-$20.00 hourly Depending on experience

Team Lead Responsibilities Include:

• Supervising team members, guiding their professional development and performance
• Setting daily objectives and ensuring they are met efficiently
• Onboarding
• Collaborating closely with management to communicate team needs and goals
• Monitoring team performance metrics and implementing improvements as necessary.
• Ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of all production paperwork

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2=years of experience in production/packaging lead experience.
• Proven leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
• Familiarity with computers and can perform basic data entry
