Funds Data Team — Powering AI-Enabled Insights

Our Funds Data Product Team is foundational to Bloomberg’s Enterprise Content business. We deliver best-in-class data offering that powers analytics, automation, and decision-making across global markets. Our datasets — spanning cash equities and listed equity derivatives — underpin a wide range of investment, risk, regulatory, and ESG workflows.

This business is a critical pillar of our growth strategy in Enterprise Data. The Role — Lead the Future of Funds Data Innovation

We are seeking a visionary Team Leader to drive the evolution of Bloomberg’s Funds Data business globally. This is a leadership position at the intersection of finance, data science, and AI innovation.

You will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic roadmap for our Data products — shaping the next generation of data solutions .

You’ll lead a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.

In this role, you will champion AI-driven transformation, Agentic AI approaches and be a partner to Clients in their AI and Cloud technology transformation.

• Lead innovation — inspire, mentor, and develop a team that leverages AI, analytics, and automation to re-imagine data products and workflows

Drive growth in the Data business by defining a forward-looking product strategy, prioritizing high-impact initiatives, and executing with agility.

You’ll Need To Have:

•10+ years of experience in product management within financial data, analytics, or technology, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity.

•Deep understanding of global Funds markets with a deep understanding of Funds data landscape 

•Strong grasp of data science, MCP AI, and agentic automation concepts and how they transform financial data workflows.

•Proven track record of defining and executing innovative product strategies that deliver measurable business results.

•Excellent communication skills — able to articulate complex, technical concepts with clarity and influence across senior stakeholders.
