Team Lead - multiple positions

Job Duties:

• Work with engineers within different product teams assisting them with internationalizing the code, externalizing content to be localized, and making improvements to localization.
• Provide natural native-language expertise for a wide range of topic areas and help to define software needs.
• Serve as language\locale subject matter expert for specific products.
• Analyze data trends for user intents\needs for various features and provide analysis of future features.
• A team of 10 Search Language Specialists (SLS) focused on internationalizing first-result, highly visible features of Google Search, and provide guidance and mentorship on members’ career goals.
• Providing ways to scale knowledge within the team, driving process improvement, and coordinate issues between Search Language Specialists (SLS) and Google client teams.
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
• Delegate project tasks based on SLS's individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
• Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines.

100% travel required. Reports to company headquarters in Bridgewater, NJ. Roving employee will work at various unknown client sites throughout the U.S.

Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Management (any), Computer Systems, Computational Mathematical Science, Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business, Data Analytics, or related field of study and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Applicants must have demonstrated experience with:

• Productivity: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Sign;
• Programming Languages: Java, HTML, or SQL;
• Tools: Selenium WebDriver 2.X, Fiddler, Charles Proxy, Salesforce, SQL Server Management Studio, Eclipse,
• Bug/Project Tracking Tools: JIRA, Watson, GitHUB, TestStudio, Enterprise Tester, or Jenkins; and
• Operating Systems: iOS -10.11, 10.10, 10.9, 10.8, WIN 10/8.1/8/7, Android, or Ubuntu.
