Shared Practices Group is seeking a full-time Team Lead/Implant Consultant to help grow our practice in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience with efficiency and effectiveness in the day to day operations of the practice, as well as empowering and inspiring your team day to day. You will also oversee the treatment presentation (and follow up), look at opportunities to see how the practice can continue to improve and expand and educate and connect with patients to support patient acceptance.

Team Lead/ Implant Consultant - Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with potential patients to discuss our dental implant and denture solutions.
  • Assisting potential patients in the decision making process utilizing the Shared Practices consult
  • process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current Shared Practice patients,
  • ensuring a smooth hand-off between consult and treatment.
  • Using OpenDental to maintain records of completed transactions and patients.
  • Manage follow up process by reaching out to potential patients who have already expressed an
  • interest in Shared Practices to help educate them on the process, identify where they are in
  • their decision making process, and/or follow up on patients who may have delayed treatment.
  • Participate, as needed, in the local outbound marketing efforts for your Center to increase
  • patient lead generation.
  • Manage the referral-based lead generation process, working with existing patients to identify
  • potential referrals.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Team Lead/ Implant Consultant - Qualifications:

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills (5-7 years consultative B2C selling experience)
  • Experience in OpenDental and analytical software such as Practice By Numbers
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Job Type: Full-time
