POSITION SUMMARY

The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within the assigned station, ensuring efficient and high-quality production while leading and mentoring a team of employees.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Coordinate team activities and prioritize tasks to meet production goals.
• Implement company policies and procedures through effective supervision and progressive discipline.
• Maintain high-quality standards in all completed installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and report any unsafe conditions.
• Manage training programs and cross-training initiatives for team members.
• Keep accurate documentation of production records and labor accounts.
• Facilitate communication among team members and conduct regular meetings.
• Address any production issues or part shortages in a timely manner.
• Promote a clean and organized work environment at all times.

Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical documentation.
• Familiarity with production processes and software, including Oracle and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to quality control.
• Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.

Shift Details

• 1st Shift
• Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm
• Occasional OT Friday/Saturday
