Team Lead - Data and Reporting Analysis

The Team Lead - Data and Reporting Analysis will be responsible for helping to build and improve the processes that keep the business growing. You’ll be part of a team that enables information which empower for various internal customers, improving the experience for our policyholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and review the work of others
• Develop strategies to help team members better achieve goals / complete projects
• Manage day to day requests for data / reports
• Building & supporting Data Migration staging environments and warehouses
• Support regulatory / business reporting.
• Profile Downstream data to find anomalies and potential data issues
• Work with members of the QA group to build test cases / scenarios
• Create scripts for reporting. Peer review other’s work.

Qualifications

• Bachelors w/ 3+ years experience relevant experience.
• Solid understanding of data structures and ETL
• Experience with Visio / Process Flows
• Experience with version control systems (Github, Devops, etc)
• Experience with Analytics / BI platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Cognos
• Collaborate with internal customers and communicate key insights and findings to the appropriate individuals
• Passionate about information

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith compensation range estimate is being provided.  The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $140,000 per year.  Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
