Pay Range: $105,887 - $121,161.60
Job Summary:
Leads the team that is responsible for providing stable operation and support for our custom ERP system (ISOM/PP&C) for Hydro Extrusion North America. This involves 7 manufacturing locations in the United States and Canada running on AS400 iSeries. This position reports to the Manager, ERP Delivery.
Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent 10 years of experience in IT within a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 7 years AS400 experience is required.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience working in project management.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Team Lead/People Manager.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- AS400 iSeries Functional Support.
- Reasonable technical knowledge of ERP’s in general.
- People change management experience as part of IT Projects.
- Experience in a multinational IT environment.
- Ability to translate business strategy into functional operational plans.
- Aluminum extrusion process knowledge.
- Effective communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Experience in the following software: Formtastic, TL Ashford, CL Programming, RPG Programming Language, Synon (CA) case tool.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between IT and the manufacturing plants.
- Translates business requirements for system changes into functional requirements, performs data and process modeling and manages changes.
- Leads and coordinates testing, prepares testing plans to confirm that requirements and system design are accurate and complete, performs verification and user acceptance.
- Perform project management activities including maintenance of project schedules to ensure tasks are completed within scheduled timeframe.
- Ensures stable operations for AS400 iSeries Systems.
- Responsible for planning and managing department’s budget.
