Equitable Advisors Wealth Management Talent team is seeking a Team Lead, Advisor Talent Acquisition & Operations, to lead the start-to-end execution of our early career hiring program for Financial Professionals who do holistic financial planning. The team empowers Field Leaders with the tools, training and skills to attract, develop and retain Financial Professionals. The team lead is responsible for recruiting strategy, marketing the profession, centralized lead flow and also oversees the Exam Preparation team, which arranges for pre-contract candidates to pursue the necessary FINRA licenses. The team lead is the centralized liaison to Complex Presidents and Field Leaders, with these relationships being paramount to success. What You'll Be Doing
• Build, maintain exceptional relationships with, and drive consistency among Complex Leadership with buy-in from more than 200 geographically-dispersed field leaders who hire more than 700 Financial Professionals annually
• Transform how we communicate with candidates, leveraging data insights to develop turnkey marketing strategies to share our value proposition with early career talent, including career changers, and college graduates
• Develop Recruiting team talent, including centralized sourcing specialists; optimize our recently launched sourcing strategy to disseminate qualified leads to local branches and measure program success
• Negotiate contracts with large-scale vendors and ensure optimal ROI for all tools, subscriptions and Ad campaigns
• Lead the integration of the Exam Preparation team with the Recruiting team for a more cohesive candidate experience, improving conversion at every stage of the journey
• Leverage data to drive decision making, providing key insights on where we are winning and opportunity areas
This position offers a flexible work schedule: it may be fully remote/hybrid. If you are located near one of our offices (e.g., Charlotte, NC; New York, NY; Syracuse, NY), a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days on-site per week is expected to foster collaboration and connection. This role will travel 1-2 times per month as needed. Periodic office visits may be requested based on business needs.
The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $160,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

What You Will Bring
Required Qualifications
• 5 years of experience in recruiting or marketing, preferably in the financial services industry, with deep knowledge of Wealth Management
• FINRA Series 7 & Series 24 registrations or the ability to obtain within 180 days of hire
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
• Exceptional presentation skills and ability to manage key stakeholders, inspire adoption of strategies and report progress

• Advanced knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing tools, and data analysis
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
