The Team Building Training Course Instructor | Team Building Training [USARC0014014] is aligned with GSA Labor Category: Training Design Specialist / Instructor Level II.

We seek Team Building Training Course Instructor | Team Building Training [USARC0014014] candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as USARC. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Team Building Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Civilian Training Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

• Provide services and support as a Team Building Training Course Instructor [Civilian Training Services] aligned with the Team Building Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the DOD/Military Industry Sector. 
• This role focusses on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) | USARC Civilian Training Services - 'Civilian Personnel Management Office (CPMO) ', located in Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC/Virtual Delivery) and across the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region (Of Country/World) Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual.
• Delivering team-building learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance.

The Team Building Training program is designed to strengthen collaboration, trust, communication, and collective performance within teams operating in complex organizational environments. Participants learn practical methods to leverage individual strengths, foster accountability, enhance workplace relationships, and build cohesive teams that support mission accomplishment. Through facilitated exercises, team assessments, collaborative problem-solving activities, and experiential learning, participants gain strategies for creating resilient, engaged, and high-performing teams that adapt to changing organizational demands.

Learning Objectives: Develop skills to build trust, improve communication, strengthen collaboration, foster accountability, enhance team cohesion, leverage individual strengths, improve conflict resolution, and increase organizational effectiveness by building high-performing teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Team Building Training Course Instructor | Team Building Training [USARC0014014]

• Develop lesson plans; facilitate classroom and virtual instruction; conduct assessments; provide coaching and feedback; support curriculum updates and survey-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development.
