We are looking for experienced Teachers to join an innovative research project focused on benchmarking and improving the capabilities of next-generation AI models in the education domain. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute your teaching expertise toward shaping how AI understands and supports learning.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with research teams to create realistic classroom and teaching scenarios.
• Design and review teaching-style prompts, responses, assignments, and evaluations.
• Provide feedback on the clarity, logic, and educational effectiveness of AI-generated content.
• Work both independently and collaboratively in focused project sprints.
• Engage closely with the project team and iterate on research design as needed.

Ideal Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent full-time teaching experience at the middle or high school level in the U.S. or Canada.
• Strong analytical and online research skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in small teams and adapt to iterative project cycles.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.

Project Timeline

• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: 6–8 weeks
• Commitment: ~30 hours per week

Compensation & Contract

• Competitive hourly rate: $50–$70 USD/hour (based on experience)
• Bonus incentives: Top performers may earn an additional $20–$100 USD/hour
• Contract type: Independent contractor
