What you'll be doing:

Support teachers during lessons and classroom activities.

Help pupils understand tasks and stay engaged.

Provide individual or small-group learning support.

Encourage positive behaviour and independence.

Help create a safe and inclusive learning environment.

What you'll need:

Experience working with children is desirable.

A patient, supportive and positive approach.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Reliability and a willingness to learn.
