Pay Rate: £95-£105 per day

Job Overview

Supply Staff Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants for primary schools in Weston-super-Mare. We have opportunities for candidates who enjoy supporting children's learning, helping pupils develop confidence and contributing to a positive classroom environment.

We welcome applications from experienced Teaching Assistants who are looking for flexible supply work or a longer-term placement.

Key Responsibilities

Support pupils with classroom activities and learning tasks.

Work alongside the class teacher to help deliver engaging lessons.

Provide individual and small-group support when required.

Encourage positive behaviour and pupil participation.

Help maintain a safe, inclusive and supportive classroom.

Requirements

Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting.

A positive, patient and adaptable approach.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

An understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
