EY – Technology Consulting – Cyber Security - Infrastructure Security - Senior Manager
As part of EY cyber security’s infrastructure Security team, you shall be responsible for defining, implementing and marketing of strategic growth and sales for infrastructure Security (consulting and implementation/migration). As an influential member of the team, you’ll help to create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop.

We’re looking for Senior Manager with expertise in cyber / information security concepts, risk and controls concepts, architecture, secure migration and integration in the infrastructure Security realm. Your key responsibilities

• Defining, developing and implementing strategic go-to-market plans in collaboration with local EY member firms in Americas, EMEIA and APAC.
• Own end-to-end sales opportunity qualification and pursuit, including drafting RFP responses, proposal defence during Orals, drafting State of Work (SoW) leveraging expertise in scoping, solutioning and costing for enterprise infrastructure security solutions.
• Support and drive the overall growth strategy for the Cybersecurity practice as part of the leadership team.
• Identify and drive development of market differentiators including new products, solutions, automation etc.
• Support refinement of service approach and service delivery methodology for infrastructure security solutions.
• Identify and pursue strategic opportunities for partnerships and acquisitions.
• Develop and rollout branding and marketing strategy including items such as solution brochures, sales videos, thought leadership, community engagement etc.
• Inspire and motivate direct and in-direct reporting professionals while fostering an environment of collaboration and participation.
• Sector expertise, integrated solutions building, and experience on large scale transformations will be a plus. 

 

Technical Skills

• Candidate should possess experience in planning, design, deployment, configuration, integration and management of network protection controls including Next gen firewalls- Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet, SDN Security, DDoS Protection, IPS, VPN, Wireless security, NAC and network authentication solutions. 
• Plan, design, deploy, configure, integrate, and manage WAF, proxy/Zscaler/Netskope solutions. 
• Experience in building Zero Trust security architecture, strategy and solution design. 
• Experience in architecting and designing technical solutions for infrastructure security solutions based on industry security standards such NIST, ISO, PCI DSS etc.,
• Experience with any of the following: Zscaler, Palo Alto, NetSkope, Illumio, Cisco, Checkpoint and Algosec
• Must have experience around security controls applicable for infrastructure security, product best fit analysis to ensure end to end security covering different facets of architecture 
• Plan, design, deploy, configure, integrate and manage platform protection controls including virtualisation protection solutions on Hypervisors and thin client’s security solutions. 
• Good understanding of security concepts and technologies including, but not limited to TCP/IP, LDAP, DHCP, DNS, web filtering etc.
• Should be well-versed with network documentation that includes network drawings, text descriptions and equipment configurations, designing HLDs and LLDs.
