We are seeking a Task Order Project Manager

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

Experience

  • Ten (10) years of demonstrated experience with electronically stored information and electronic discovery systems.

  • Five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively increased responsibility in public and/or the private sector within the IT, e-discovery, and/or consulting fields.

     

  • Five (5) years experience with litigation support, Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS).

  • One (1) year experience with the Exterro e-discovery platform to review and analyze data around litigation, investigations, government requests, etc.

  • Knowledge of governance and storage of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) that is collected or copied from native locations in compliance with federal laws including EGovernment Act and Privacy Act. • Expertise in governing information pursuant to industry standards.

  • Broad experience in the preservation of metadata.

Certifications

  • Project Management certification (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or otherwise recognized certification.

  • Must have a DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification Category IAM Level III. Relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority.

  • Preferred SAFe Agile Certification.

Education

  • BS or BA degree or four (4) additional years of related experience

Clearance

  • Secret, IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serves as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives.

  • Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.

  • Work schedule: Schedule is day shift Monday – Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
  • Amount of Travel: less than 10%
