Job Description:

Reporting to the Director, Talent Management & Development, the Talent Management Program Manager will employ a data-driven approach to measuring existing talent solutions for effectiveness and propose new approaches that drive company values, increase employee engagement, and accelerate performance to deliver business results.  They will act as a Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) leveraging and analyzing internal talent data, business acumen, and organizational knowledge to address business challenges from a talent perspective, ensuring programs are effective and equitable. The role will also provide data driven summaries of the outcomes of talent programs.  This role will program manage talent initiatives including performance management, high potential development programs, sponsorship programs, LMS, and more.  They will act as a point of contact to IT, and act as the system expert for talent initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be curious, creative, highly analytical, collaborative and solutions oriented.  They must be highly organized, possess attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.  The ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously is critical.

Job Responsibilities

  • Administer the company’s performance and talent management and processes, programs, and systems; conduct status monitoring, manage reminders/escalation, responding to Tier 2 help desk tickets, and liaise with the HRBP team to ensure the needs of the business are met
  • Compile and analyze Talent Management, Learning, and ID&E systems, tools, and data to determine their effectiveness in supporting organizational goals and talent management strategies 
  • Identify data driven opportunities for program and process improvement, efficiency, and equity in talent functions and processes including onboarding, performance management, high potential development, and organizational training, offering insights deeply rooted in an understanding of business needs
  • Partner and collaborate with the talent team, HR business partners and business leaders to communicate and implement programs and processes
  • Support the evolving needs of the talent development team including assisting with vendor selection for new initiatives
  • Work cross functionally with other departments to ensure inclusivity, equity, and efficiency in the organization and delivery of learning opportunities throughout the organization
  • Serve as a talent development point of contact for the HRIS team, managing campaigns and identifying opportunities for improved system architecture across talent functions

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3-5years demonstrated experience supporting execution of talent management processes and programs strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and managing activities to meet multiple competing deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel and the ability to leverage complex formulas to better understand data and translate the learnings to meaningful pivot tables and charts
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment in which businesses processes, tools, deadlines etc. are continually evolving
  • Possess a strong familiarity with Workday
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to create insights
  • Ability to understand, collaborate, learn, and remain flexible to achieve high-performing results
  • Bachelors degree in business or math preferred
