Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Sustainability & Acquisition, the Talent Development Manager will be a key driver in shaping and executing the company’s talent development vision. This critical role will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of learning and development (L&D) initiatives, empowering employees at all levels—including managers, supervisors, and individual contributors—to thrive. By fostering professional growth, engagement, and retention, the Talent Development Manager will ensure AWI’s L&D programs align with the company’s commitment to building a dynamic and capable workforce.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and deliver engaging e-learning courses, workshops, and other training materials.
- Assess individual and organizational development needs through surveys, interviews, etc.
- Collaborate with HR Partners and department heads to identify training needs and support career development.
- Manage budgets and relationships with external vendors and consultants.
- Manage learning platforms, track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
