Red Bull North America is seeking a dynamic Talent (HR) Business Partner to lead, support and execute HR initiatives across a variety of client groups within Shared Services, which could include, but not limited to: Information Technology, Data Science, Operations, Finance & Accounting, and Real Estate & Construction client groups. 

 

This role offers the chance to become a strategic partner to senior leaders, unlocking the full potential of their teams and maximizing engagement, retention and performance. 

 

As the Talent (HR) Business Partner, you'll spearhead high-level projects that shape the future of our workforce. You'll also provide hands-on support, ensuring daily operational HR processes are executed smoothly for your assigned client groups. Thriving in a fast-paced environment is essential. You'll expertly manage competing priorities and projects while maintaining a laser focus on achieving results, seamlessly switching gears between strategic initiatives and hands-on support.

Job Description

TALENT BUSINESS PARTNER PROGRAM MANAGEMENT


Identify department needs and opportunities through analysis and partnership and propose plans to solve.


Partner in overall process improvement across Talent departments as it relates to Talent Business Partnerships.


Suggest and manage projects that ensure TBP efficiencies and lead the talent agenda forward.


Provide change management support with both large and small organizational changes, including creating timelines, communication plans, and employee movement documents.


Be the contact for Talent Centers of Excellence rollouts.

DRIVE HIGH PERFORMANCE


Provide business partnership with Leadership Teams, people managers, and individual contributors to cultivate top talent within the Business Units.


Is the local expert on all talent in their assigned client groups and manage bench strength and internal movement.


Partner with leadership and people managers to drive clear and applicable mid-year and year-end performance reviews.


Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the filling of open roles and appropriate local strategy.


Participate in the interview process for all Director and above roles.


Partner with Leadership and people managers to ensure high engagement. 

TALENT DEVELOPMENT


Facilitate all local programs, global and compliance training programs.


Support strengths-based people management, including coaching managers on all related tools.


Build momentum and traction for Red Bull's” entrepreneurial development philosophy” by coaching leadership and people managers.

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND COMPLIANCE


Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide clear direction/action to managers.


Ensure compliance with all Federal and State laws and OFCCP.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS


Coach Leadership and managers on Red Bull compensation philosophy and lead managerial empowerment.


Be the local subject matter expert on basic compensation matters and redirect/escalate to Talent Operations and Compensation and Benefits teams.

PEOPLE STRATEGY


Be an important contributor to the Business unit's annual planning process and meet the people-centric strategy.


Responsible for fiscal accountability within related HR budgets.

KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES


A “local expert” on the talent who drives high-performance and provides results-yielding business partnership to the Leadership Teams, people managers and individual contributors.


High performance and top talent in assigned client groups.


Create relationship with local and global Talent (HR) Partners.


Bench strength/succession planning.


Leadership Teams and people managers are versed in Red Bull HR processes, and people management philosophies.


Employees understand the Red Bull entrepreneurial development model and drive their own development and growth.


Employee relations issues are identified early, enabling management of same with speed and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required


Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience, with at least 3 years of Leadership

Team strategic partnership experience


Experience providing feedback at an executive level


Experience business partnership within a matrixed environment


Experience facilitating client-facing Talent training programs


Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of information


Experience in understandin
