Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. 

  • Estimated annual base pay:

  • Level I -  $50,560.00 - 63,200.00 - 75,840.00 USD Annual

  • Level 2 -$64,000.00 - 80,000.00 - 96,000.00 USD Annual

  • All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity. 

  • 401(k) match (4.5%)

  • Annual Woodward stock contribution (5%)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing Recruitment Strategies: A Talent Acquisition Partner I is responsible for executing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

  • Sourcing Candidates: A Talent Acquisition Partner I is responsible for sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.

  • Conducting Candidate Screening: A Talent Acquisition Partner I is responsible for conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit with the organization.

  • Supporting the Recruitment Process: A Talent Acquisition Partner I is responsible for partnering with other TA Partners to effectively manage candidates through the recruitment process

  • Collaborating with TA and Early Career Programs: A Talent Acquisition Partner I works closely with TA Partners and the Early Programs team to identify and screen qualified candidates.

  • Recruitment and Sourcing Skills: Ability to identify, attract, and engage potential candidates using various sourcing channels and techniques.

  • Screening and Selection Skills: Ability to effectively screen and select candidates based on job requirements, skills, and experience.

  • Interviewing Skills: Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidates’ fit with the organization.

  • Employer Branding: Ability to promote the company’s brand and culture to attract top talent.

  • Talent Management: Ability to support the recruitment life cycle, in partnership with TA Partners, from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data to optimize the recruitment process.

  • Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with TA Partners and candidates.

  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, TA Partners, and other stakeholders.

  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines.

  • Technology Skills: Ability to use recruitment software and tools to manage the recruitment process.
