Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech roles)

About the role

As our Poland hub continues to scale as one of Auctane's most strategic engineering locations, we're looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for our Poland engineering organization. You'll own the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing of exceptional technical talent, partnering closely with engineering leaders to build high-performing teams. This position is a hybrid role based in Wroclaw, Poland. It is expected that employees be in the office at least two days a week.

The salary for this role is up to 11.5K PLN gross per month (UoP)

What will you be doing?

• Recruit top-notch Software Engineering talent for our Poland and European sites. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Deliver results while aligning with Auctane’s global TA process and ensuring data hygiene and documentation.
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience through timely communication, professionalism, and engagement.
• Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders globally.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through referrals, networking, direct sourcing, and strategic partnerships.
• Provide data-driven hiring insights, dashboards, and talent reports to inform business decisions and optimize processes.
• Partner with HR and managers on onboarding and integration to support long-term employee retention and performance.
• Manage the talent branding strategy, including building and maintaining partnerships with universities; posting LinkedIn content, and organizing conferences and job fairs.
• Collaborate with external agency partners on talent branding content.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 3 years of mixed in-house/agency recruiting experience, with a strong track record of hiring for Technical/Engineering roles at a high-growth company.
• Demonstrated success hiring across diverse business and operational functions, but mainly technical roles like Software Engineers
• Fluent in both Polish and English.

• You are able to manage multiple roles simultaneously and use creative strategies to build a consistent, humming pipeline (including engaging passive candidates).
• You are passionate about providing an exceptional candidate experience.
• Able to articulate business needs, evaluate talent and close senior talent.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Able to pivot and adapt when needs change.
