The Role
Our new Talent Acquisition Partner will play an integral part of the AXS Talent Acquisition team and will be responsible for supporting recruitment across multiple teams. This individual will support recruitment initiatives, process improvements, best practices, employer branding and more. The TA Partner will help position Talent Acquisition as a true business partner, developing effective working relationships with the hiring leaders while understanding their complex and unique talent and business needs.
What Will You Do?
- Partner closely with hiring managers to design and execute recruitment strategies, facilitating open dialogue, alignment, and shared ownership of hiring decisions.
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment efforts by researching, sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating applicants while fostering a transparent, respectful, and equitable candidate experience at every stage.
- Maintain ongoing, transparent communication with hiring teams, HR, and cross‑functional colleagues to ensure alignment and a seamless, relationship‑driven hiring experience.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates by engaging authentically, communicating consistently, and ensuring each individual feels valued, informed, and treated fairly throughout the process.
- Source talent through diverse channels while maintaining a relationship‑driven approach that strengthens long‑term pipelines.
- Analyze, develop, and refine talent acquisition models and strategies that support organizational goals and embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into every hiring practice.
- Support workforce planning by creating and implementing tools, templates, and processes that help leaders anticipate needs and make informed, people‑centered decisions.
- Collaborate with managers and the Compensation team to maintain accurate job evaluations, market analyses, job codes, and competitive positioning ensuring clarity and fairness for both candidates and internal teams.
- Proactively cultivate talent pipelines by mapping relevant source organizations and anticipating hiring patterns, building relationships that support both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, fairness, and the overall candidate journey.
- Engage actively in professional and collegial organizations to share AXS/AEG best practices and bring innovative, people‑focused approaches back into the organization.
What we hope you'll bring
- BA/BS Degree (4-year)
- 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in-house
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and levels
- The ability to operate with urgency, adapt quickly, and stay comfortable in environments where things move fast and change often
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication capabilities, paired with initiative and a positive outlook
- A collaborative, team-minded approach
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse ATS

Pay Scale: $72,000-$76,000
Bonus: This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
