We're growing fast, with lots of roles to fill across Engineering, GTM and Operations. Today our founders and hiring managers run most of the process themselves. You'll take that over end to end, from the first conversation to a signed offer, and build the hiring engine we need as we scale. You'll work closely with our Chief of Staff and every team lead. You will: Own full-cycle hiring across Engineering, GTM and Operations, from role kickoff to offer and close. Source proactively for hard technical roles (Go, networking, platform, security), through GitHub, the open source community, events and your own network, instead of waiting for inbound. Run the first conversation with candidates and be the person they trust throughout the process. Partner with hiring managers to sharpen role definitions, scorecards and interview loops, and help interviewers give clear, consistent feedback. Own job postings, interview plans, pipeline hygiene and reporting, so everyone knows where each role stands. Track what matters, from time to hire and pipeline conversion to offer acceptance, and use it to fix what's slowing us down. Turn our open source presence into an employer brand that makes great people want to talk to us. Run offers and closing together with the founders, and hand new hires over smoothly to onboarding. This is a hands-on role in a small team.
