Job Description

Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing high level support to the Talent Acquisition and Human Resource teams. This includes but is not limited to supporting the teams for recruiting and human resources functions that include screening and interviewing candidates, scheduling interviews, filing, employee relations and data-entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing employment contracts and contract addendums
• Assist in the preparation for personnel administration i.e., tax forms, employment engagement forms, health insurance, termination documents and other required documents;
• Assist in the recruitment process by processing applications and doing phone screens;
• Take initiative to suggest and discuss improvements to current systems and processes in relation to talent acquisition
• Upkeep of multiple data systems;
• Organize both hard and soft documents and files;
• Keep all documentation up to date
• Responding to employee requests regarding phone screens, interviews, and referrals
• Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager with projects as required

Qualifications

Qualification Requirements and Competences

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in paperwork administration;
• Good level of computer skills;
• Excellent communication and people skills;
• Aptitude in problem-solving;
• Attention to detail and be a of an organized nature.
