~ Provide full-service recruiting support and achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, providing guidance to hiring managers, and interviewing candidates.
Major Responsibilities
Responsible for managing day-to-day recruitment function including but not limited to the following key responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to build overall recruiting strategy: understand the needs of hiring managers and sourcing the best talent to fill open positions.
- Continuously partner with recruiting team and managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
- Stay active with current job boards and social networks to manager talent pool.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor insights, using this knowledge to guide effective recruitment strategies.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by addressing questions, providing feedback, and ensuring timely communication.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Assist in ad hoc projects.

Authority
~ Manage intake meetings with hiring managers independently and determine candidate needs for each open position.
~ Work independently to identify appropriate candidates for each opening and determine appropriate fits for interview.
~ Schedule and coordinate interviews independently and make final recommendations of candidates with hiring manager consensus.
Education
~ Bachelor’s degree preferred~ Must be a high school graduateRelated Experience
~ One to three years of work experience in the area of Human Resources, preferably within a recruiting capacity.
~ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
~ Working knowledge of SAP a plus.

~ Strong analytical skills.
~ Ability to maintain confidential nature of employee information and records.
