Your part in our UnitingCare team

We are currently looking for a recruitment professional to join our dedicated and energetic internal function as a Talent Acquisition Advisor. Located at our Brisbane CBD based office, and also offering work from home flexibility! 

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner you will:

• Own the recruitment needs of your portfolio, specifically supporting our community Aged Care arm of the business

• Advertise, screen, source candidates through a variety of means for roles such as Personal Carers, Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses

• Provide an engaging and candidate focused recruitment experience for those applicants being progressed through a recruitment process

• Build strong and robust relationships with Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders

• Advocate for best practice recruitment strategies and ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience.

Please note this is a 12 month contract, offering full time hours.

What makes a difference for us?

• Previous end-to-end recruitment experience (internal or agency) in a fast-paced, high volume environment.

• Experience working with an ATS/ AMS, Seek, LinkedIn and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.

• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to deal confidently, confidentially and courteously with people at all levels.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic work environment.

• Strong organisational skills, the ability to successfully complete several tasks concurrently, maintain high levels of attention to detail, maintain documentation and record keeping, and meet deadlines.
