Job Description
System Specialist Sr. - Logistics
The Senior Systems Specialist is responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of logistics systems (SAP, ProCon, IES, etc.) required to support logistics and warehousing functions. This role insures our systems stay consistent with defined targets of customer service, inventory management, and manufacturing efficiency.
- SAP system end user support for the WM, LP, and SD functions. Troubleshooting and solving systematic problems that relate to planning, warehousing, and shipping.
- Conceptualizing and implementing new processes based on business needs and system functionality
- SAP configuration and support for RFID, Smart Issuing, AGR, and consignment.
- Supplier EDI setup and troubleshooting
- SupplyOn configuration and maintenance
- Customer ASN troubleshooting
- Hardware support (SAP printers, scanners, Monitors)
- ProCon support with initial configuration and troubleshooting
- Crosstalk support and troubleshooting
- A360 RPA programming and onboarding of BOTS as needed. Maintenance of current BOTS
- Tableau report creation and maintenance
- Project Excellence - SAP data cleaning, prep for SAP S4 Hana
- ISP data security key user
Qualifications
Four Year College Degree (preferably Engineering or Computer Science)
Understanding of warehousing operations and strategies
SAP R3 Experience
Comprehensive knowledge in production and inventory control methods
MRP knowledge
