Job Summary:

The Systems Intelligence Solutions Sr. IT Project Manager will manage multiple projects across the Health Data Repository (HDR) and the Systems Intelligence teams. The project manager will manage multiple large initiatives for the Systems Intelligence team and 20+ ongoing and maintenance projects for the HDR team. The Project Manager will oversee project timelines, resources, deliverables, and administrative tasks. The role will streamline project management processes, improve communication, and enhance reporting capabilities, ensuring that stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinates and oversees all phases of the project.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks in line with project objectives.
• Provide customers and leadership support through project management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience managing Application or Data development initiatives

• Healthcare or Epic experience is a plus

• Strong organizational experience and high level of detail is strongly preferred

• Bachelor's degree is required

Consistently delivers project communications products and services in a creative and imaginative manner while setting a standard for others. Contributes in the development of project communications best practices for the organization.
• Project Planning (Advanced): Demonstrates ability to forecast resource needs, identify and break work down into discrete and measurable tasks, set priorities, define dependencies, schedule activities, prepare acceptance criteria and organize work for large, complex projects requiring diverse functions and/or operations.
