Active Top Secret Clearance with Poly Required

Salary Range: Up to $210K (salary is commensurate with education and experience)

Job Summary

The mission is to provide quality services that facilitate seamless software development lifecycle and API and Gateway with modern data repository services.  We require support for planning future architectures, infosec assurance and accreditation, Configuration Management and System Engineering for Sponsor’s legacy and future complex portfolio of data tools.

Please Note:

This job requires an existing Top Secret Clearance and Polygraph.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Identify, analyze, define, and coordinate user, customer and stakeholder needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Work with technical and analytical counterparts to define constraints and develop requirements and concept of operations documentation.
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate industry offering to identify products and technologies with the potential to support strategic IT initiatives.
• Identify and manage dependencies with other systems and elements of the system.
• Provide conceptual design, prototype, and test cycles appropriate to a chosen technical solution.
• Coordinate and manage the resolution of issues impacting multiple groups within the organization.
• Assess system designs to validate them against technical parameters.
• Identify hardware and applications needed to complete the development process.
• Translate technical information into clear documentation and presentations to be used by technical and non-technical personnel.

Experience Needed:

• Citizenship: Must Be a US Citizen
• Existing Clearance Required: Active Top Secret SCI with Poly
• Experience with system architecture, systems engineering concepts, and security
• Experience with configuration management.
• Experience identifying technology gaps in current capabilities and processes.
• Experience developing and interfacing with APIs.
• Experience using AWS to include S3, EBS, RDS and EC2.
• Experience using Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience developing and supporting applications using Java, JavaScript, and Python.

• Experience implementing automated integration with Sponsor’s IT Operations change management platform and adhering to its business operation processes.
