The team designs, develops and integrates the next generation of SIGINT software and hardware, taking ownership of critical system components from concept through deployment.</p> <p>The position reports to the VP of Engineering and is part of our ISR team based in<strong> </strong>Folsom, CA. This role is hybrid and can be located in either Folsom, CA or Dayton, OH.</p> <p><strong>In this role, the essential functions are: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead ISR systems technical requirements development, architecture, design, integration, and test efforts.</li> <li>Perform technical trade studies related to SIGINT systems.</li> <li>Develop risk management and mitigation plans for complex systems.</li> <li>Contribute on proposal generation encompassing technical performance, cost, and schedule.</li> <li>Incorporate Systems Engineering rigor with respect to requirements development, segmentation, flow-down, verification, and validation.</li> <li>Provide technical leadership and mentorship to systems engineering and software engineering teams on projects.</li> <li>Provide technical direction to the project team regarding technical decisions on each project in the areas of: <ul> <li>Digital Signal Processing and Software Architecture Implementations</li> <li>Systems (SW and HW) Requirements and Design
