Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Analyst II in Denver, CO.

The Systems Analyst II uses ManTech’s Innovation Ecosystem to invite and engage mission partners, DIU/NSIN’s internal stakeholders, and subject matter experts (SME) to participate on concept development, planning, requirements, design workshops, collaboration sessions, and meetings. In order to support innovation and mission needs sessions, the Systems Analyst II may facilitate remote, in-person, and hybrid collaborative workshops with multifunctional mission needs teams or multidisciplinary technologists teams. They manage and coordinate the SME inputs for Design Recommendation Reports (DRR) and Innovation Recommendation Reports (IRR) that summarize research findings, recommendations, and technology alternatives. They have experience in the new methodologies and frameworks to generate digital models in the early design stages of the engineering process. They conduct pre-event preparation and requirement traceability analysis and facilitate reviews and feedback from cross-functional teams within a specific program. They support requirement capture, tracking, and traceability by putting information into the I&T Management Portfolio system that uses Jira and Confluence instantiation configured for this purpose. The Systems Analyst II takes direction from more senior personnel.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be a US Citizen
4+ years of related experience AND Bachelor's degree in related area OR
6+ years of related experience AND Associate degree OR
8+ years of related experience AND HS Degree
(A candidate holding a relevant master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit for that extra education).
Required Certifications
3+ years of experience in product management, product development, technology-based strategic management, business analysis, product life cycle management (PLCM), or equivalent roles.
3+ years of demonstrable and relevant facilitation experience, including working with executives, managers, analysts, and front-line teams.
Desired Certifications
Professional certification or credential in an Innovation Methods & Techniques like Design Thinking, User Experience Design, etc. preferred.
Security Clearance Requirements:
Unclassified.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
