The Space Manufacturing team is responsible for assembly, integration, and test of ground support equipment, PCBA, unit-level, and integrated systems that are vital for our aerospace and defense operations. Your expertise will help ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability at Anduril.&nbsp;The right person for this role can demonstrate past holistic ownership in solving a technical challenge with a creative, physical solution that they either personally manufactured or oversaw the manufacturing of, in a fast-paced, resource-limited environment. If you are someone who thrives in such an environment, then this role is for you.</p> <p><br><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and participate in system integration and test campaigns, developing test plans, test procedures, and schedules, coordinating resource needs, test equipment, and test facility needs.</li> <li>Lead test readiness reviews (TRRs) for flight hardware.</li> <li>Participate in manufacturing readiness reviews (MRRs) for flight hardware.</li> <li>Develop, document, and continuously improve processes for the manufacturing, assembly, and integration of PCBAs and box-level assemblies, and space vehicles, ensuring compliance with space-grade standards.</li> <li>Perform hands-on hardware and software testing at unit-level and system level.</li> <li>Perform detailed root cause analyses (RCA) and drive corrective actions for non-conformances/anomalies identified during integration and test.</li> <li>Specify, procure, and maintain assembly tools, fixtures, and equipment required for integration and test.</li> <li>Communicate with supply chain, hardware teams, program management, and test teams to manage priorities and resolve technical challenges.</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS&nbsp;</strong></p&g
