Swim Instructor

Join our team at DMB Sports Clubs, LP as a Swim Instructor! Our Swim Instructors play a vital role in retaining memberships by providing exceptional customer service and teaching valuable swim skills to members of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and passion for teaching swim skills
- Interact with employees, members, and guests in alignment with our Village Standards
- Develop and lead swim clinics and lessons in collaboration with the Programs Director
- Maintain inventory of swim supplies and equipment
- Ensure the pool area is clean, organized, and ready for activities
- Obtain CPR certification within 30 days of hire

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in swim coaching or instruction
- Proficiency in the four competitive strokes
- Motivated and energetic demeanor
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Physical ability to swim, stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and climb pool ladders
- Strong communication skills
