Halvik is looking for a Maintenance Analyst to support our government client in the Alexandria, VA area.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME, project management support and data analysis for Army Sustainment Maintenance division
• Provide insights and identify areas of improvement and/or investment in Army Organic Industrial Base programs and policies
• Extract data from Army systems of record (DMOPS, LMP, Vantage, etc.…) using analytical tools such as Tableau and Excel to develop and present data driven presentations to Army Senior Leaders
• Provide Cost Benefit Analysis and Business Case Analysis for Army Maintenance initiatives as required
• Conduct effective working group meetings with diverse stakeholders across multiple organizations
• In coordination with MDEP managers develop resourcing requirements for Organic Industrial Base operations and assist in prioritization of critical requirements
• Manage and monitor all aspects of projects to include crafting deliverables, creating goals, and establishing schedules
• Draft staff action responses, Congressional RFI responses, congressional report language, readiness analysis and report language and testimony prep slides and information papers

Requirements

• DoD Secret Clearance
• BA/BS or MA/MS degree from accredited university
• 3-10 years of functional maintenance experience and/or Organic Industrial Base resourcing experience
