About the role

Supply Solutions Executive

Responsibilities for this role include serving as the sales & subject matter expert for Omnicell’s Supply automation portfolio & workflow.  Supporting field Sales by selling into existing customers & competitive targets. Will have the skill set to engage directly with end-users, while also presenting at an executive level, focusing on the strategic value of the solution & partnership. 

Responsibilities

  • Quota attainment for sales of Omnicell Supply automation portfolio.
  • Work alongside field sales team to provide support (planning, presentation, follow up) for Health systems interested in Omnicell’s Supply automation portfolio.
  • Identify tools, activities & best practices to support field sales team in building pipeline of Omnicell’s Supply automation portfolio.  
  • Build relationships & work with key leaders and influencers at health systems to drive acceptance and use of Omnicell’s Supply automation solutions.
  • Present to Omnicell senior leadership on progress of initiatives & activities related to Supply automation portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal business leaders (Product, Marketing, etc.) on the effectiveness & continued development of Omnicell’s Supply automation portfolio.

Basic qualifications

  • Minimum seven years’ experience in the field of focus: Acute healthcare, supply chain workflow & solutions
  • Minimum five years of health systems sales experience

OR

  •  5 years of either Supply Automations Sales experience or Health Care Supply Chain Management experience. 

Required knowledge & skills

  • Current relationships with health systems in the related field of focus
  • Experience presenting to & negotiating with health system executives
  • Experience building ROI's and financial business cases
  • Proven track record of success (able to document)
  • Strong presentation skills to large groups
  • Excellent organization & communication skills 
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment

Working Conditions: 

  • 75-80% travel (nationally)

  • Maintain safe driving record
  • Physical demands – Sitting, standing, walking, and using a keyboard.  May also be required to lift demo equipment up to 50 lbs as needed during customer or trade show events
