The Supplier Data Steward is responsible for maintaining supplier master data integrity and supporting procurement processes across global and local entities.

This role supports the Supplier Data Object Owner by managing governance, data quality efforts, and tool-related escalations, including MDG incidents.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $82,875-$121,550 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. 

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do in This Role:

Data Governance:

  • Support implementation of supplier data governance standards across the organization.
  • Assist in defining harmonized supplier classification and segmentation standards.

Data Quality Assurance:

  • Execute regular quality checks and cleansing routines on supplier data.
  • Coordinate with the Data Quality Manager on resolving systemic data issues.

Supplier Master Data Management:

  • Support onboarding and updates of supplier records, including banking, tax, and compliance data.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate use of supplier groups, terms, and contact data.

MDG Incident & Tool Support:

  • Collaborate with MDG application engineers to resolve incidents and escalate enhancement needs.
  • Manage user onboarding and tool access for supplier data systems.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Train regional users and ensure correct data entry practices.
  • Bridge business needs from local teams with global governance initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Informatics, or similar.
  • Strong experience with SAP supplier master data and MDG support.
  • Understanding of procurement compliance and data accuracy best practices.
  • Strong coordination and issue resolution skills.
  • International collaboration across time zones required.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%).
