Supervisor - Table Games

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversees the table games dealers in the pit area. Assists in planning, organizing, and overseeing all functions required to ensure table games operations are executed in a cost effective and profitable manner. Ensures that all table games operate in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

• Provides superior levels of guest service to both internal and external guests.
• Consistently welcoming guests, thanking them for their patronage, seeking ways to make them comfortable and expressing your desire to have them return.
• Maintaining constant awareness of services, promotions, and events offered at the facility and informs guests.

• Investigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns in accordance with standard procedures.

• Maintain security of all games, monies and personnel.

 

Education and/or Experience:

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
