We’re urgently seeking an experienced and hands-on Night Shift Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across busy city line transport stations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate ride-on floor scrubbing machines across large surface areas
• Supervise and manage small to medium-sized cleaning teams
• Maintain high cleaning standards across public areas, escalators, and glass
• Ensure all work is performed to specification with strong attention to detail
• Report daily on tasks completed and any issues encountered

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar cleaning supervisor role
• Confident in the use of ride-on scrubbing machinery
• Strong knowledge of general and detailed cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage night shift crews effectively
