JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Supervisor, Inside Sales to join our growing team.
THE ROLE
Inside Sales Manager to join our talented Manufacturing Inside Sales Department to assist our Inside Sales Team in providing value-added services to our customers.
General Description of Duties:
-
Supervises Sacramento & Stockton Manufacturing (MFG) inside sales teams
-
Maintains and continually evaluates MFG product lines
-
Develops systems and processes to ensure consistency and standards for MFG inside sales staff
-
Manages day-to-day personnel issues
-
Provides oversight on all orders to ensure they comply with current sales strategies
-
Monitors and evaluates margin performance
-
Serves as liaison between MFG Sales team and MFG Operations Management
-
Other tasks and special projects as assigned by Manufacture Sales Manager
Experience Preferred:
-
Door, millwork and hardware product knowledge
-
Familiarity with the management of large, multi-unit projects
-
Previous supervisory experience
-
Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, TURNS)

Excellent work habits

Expected pay for this role is between $67,500.00 to $112,500.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
